Marga Förtsch’s home-made jelly made from hotel roses has long been well-known and popular with guests. But of course it didn’t stay with the products from the hotel garden. Whether it’s the homemade peach liqueur, mint syrup, honey or applesauce – you can really conjure up a lot with the ingredients from our garden and, depending on availability, are offered to our guests at breakfast or for sale.
