Breakfast at the hotel consists exclusively of regional, organic and/or fair trade products. We have known many suppliers/producers for a long time.
In addition, we work with as little packaging as possible, so that no small packaging or the like can be found at the buffet. Reusable containers, such as mason jars, are used. This even worked well during the Corona pandemic, so that a lot of waste could be saved.

There is a selection of vegan and allergy-friendly products.
