The hotel garden has a variety of herbs and aromatic plants that we use for food, drinks and fragrances. These are inter alia

  • Sage (a restaurant that sells salt and pepper used to harvest the sage for their sage butter from us) on the wellness roof
  • Lavender in the shepherd’s garden
  • Chives on the office terrace
  • various mints in the court yard and sheperd’s garden
  • different hops in the court yard and on the roof top terrace
  • Eucalyptus in the courtyard
  • Thyme on the wellness roof
  • Rosmary
  • Woodruff in front of the hotel entrance
  • Special types of roses with an intense aroma (micro forest)
